The author has a very dry and boring writing style, but there’s no doubt that the book will make you more productive. Temperamentally anxious people can have a hard time staying motivated, period, because their intense focus on their worries distracts them from their goals. This book is no doubt worth picking up, but not for its entertainment value. The real meat in the book comes after that. They’re boring as hell, and to me, they’re incredibly fluffy.
